As the witching hour draws closer, for those who like things that go bump in the night, visit Norfolk this Halloween and you’re bound to get a fright. No matter what spooktacular Halloween activities families are looking for, Norfolk has it covered for the spookiest time of year. For those who want to celebrate all that is magical why not visit The Real Halloween or for big kids looking for a real scare, be very afraid when you head to PrimEVIL Scare. For the adventurous travellers, try something new and head to the UK’s first extreme live scare trip train experience on the Loco Horror Train.

For the ultimate Norfolk getaway, combine with a stay at The Sandringham Estate Caravan Club Site located just 30 minutes’ drive from all the spooky fun. The Site is ideal for a quiet and relaxing break away but is close enough to many ghoulish attractions. With a good choice of local pubs and a nearby market, there is plenty to do when the Halloween celebrations are over.

Cornwall

As Cornwall is transformed into a Halloween wonderland this October, a range of creepy and creative events for the entire family are available. Take the little horrors to Newquay Zoo for some fangtastic fun or travel back in time to begin a Trick or Treasure adventure on board a Pirate Hunter’s Ship. For those looking to combine sightseeing and Halloweek, why not climb on board and Ride the Spooks Express at Lappa Valley Railway.

Whilst in Cornwall, stay at Treamble Valley Caravan Club Site. The site is well located for these eerie excursions but is also home to stunning sea views, famous surfing spots and some spectacular sunsets. It is also the perfect base for touring Cornwall and is arguably the closest Club site to the beautiful Eden Project. Member prices start from £15.10 per standard pitch per night, based on two adults sharing.

Bonfire night…

East Sussex

East Sussex is home to two of the most renowned and interesting Bonfire night celebrations in the country, so make the trip there this November to be a part of these spectacular events. Less than an hour away, the Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations are the biggest celebrated Fifth of November Event in the world and hold controversial parades every year that attract visitors from far and wide. With impressive firework displays and an infamous parade, this is not one to miss!

Stay at the picturesque Brighton Caravan Club Site, rich with scenic delights for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and those simply wanting to find a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
