Camping pitches will be available from 12 noon Thursday 3rd October to 12 noon Monday 7th October 2019.
As part of your pitch fee, you will have unlimited access into the exhibition area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The cost is for two adults and upto three children. It includes four nights of evening entertainment and unlimited access to the exhibtion area. Pitches will be available in the non-booked general and non-booked disabled areas (Blue badge required).

The car park gates will close one hour after the show closes.
Dogs are welcome at the Show and we ask all owners to be responsible for their animals. Please do not leave animals unattended in vehicles
Disabled Ticket Policy
If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, free admission may be available for them when an adult ticket is purchased. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to the Organisers. All documents must be received at least 7 days prior to the show. Confirmation of free carer admission will be emailed to you. The email must be printed and presented on arrival at the Day Visitor entrance for verification. Additional Adult ticket/s can be purchased either on arrival or in advance.
Professional Mobility will be hiring mobility aids throughout the weekend. They will also offer a charging service. Hire can be booked in advance by calling 0800 6335711 or 07989 680034.
Evening entertainment is only open to those camping on-site for the weekend and is on a first come first served basis. All showtimes will be published in your showguide given to you on arrival.

*Tickets for Saturday evening are £7 per adult or £2.50 per child. They may be booked at the same time as your pitch or purchased from the information office on arrival (subject to availability). A bar will be open in an alternative venue for non ticket-holders.
Only drinks from the bar may be consumed within the entertainment venues. The organisers reserve the right to alter the entertainment programme without prior notification. Please note that flashing lights may be used during the entertainment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
Arrival between 12noon and 6.30pm on Thursday 3rd October 2019 or between 9am – 6.30pm on all other days. Campers arriving after 6.30pm will be parked in the holding area at yellow gate until the following morning at 9am. (These campers can use the facilities and attaned the entertainment)
Departure, by 12 noon on Monday 7th October 2019.
Where barbecues are permitted users should endeavour to minimise smoke and fumes and any annoyance to neighbours.
All barbecues must be raised sufficiently off the ground to minimise the risk of fire and to avoid damage to grass areas.
Suitable approved fire extinguisher must be available.
The Society requests all caravanners, campers and visitors to be considerate to fellow campers, staff and visitors on site.
Camping fields open 12 noon Thursday and close 12 noon Monday. If you wish to camp with friends/relatives, all vehicles must arrive together. The campers arrival gate will close at 6.30pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions.
We have several camping areas available:
– Pre-booked disabled
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can stay in the Disabled Area which will be situated nearer the Exhibition Area. You will need your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.
– Pre-booked general
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers. There is a separate non-booked general area.
– Electric hook up pitches
200 EHU pitches will be available for advance bookings. Please note these will be in a separate area to the pre-booked general and pre-book disabled.
If your club is hosting a rally at this show, you may be able to camp with them (space allowing). Pitches in club areas must be pre-booked. Click here to see if your club is rallying.

Non-booked campers can stay in either the non-booked general or non-booked disabled area (please note there is limited space in both areas and blue badges will be inspected upon arrival).

Everyone on site should acquaint themselves with the safety precautions against fire and the whereabouts of the fire points.

FIRST AID – 24 hours
If you require assistance during your visit, First Aid Services are located in Stock Stewards from 3rd – 6thOctober.
There will be a takeaway option that will be served on Friday & Saturday from 5pm – 9.30pm near Linden Suite.
Friday: Fish & Chips, whole tail scampi, chicken, sausage and mushy peas.
Saturday: Chinese selection of freshly cooked oriental meals.
Please note that there will be no food offered inside Severn Hall for the evening entertainment, however you are welcome to bring your takeaway into the Severn & Teme Hall.

Permission is given to use a generator subject to the following conditions:
- Suitable and approved fire extinguishers must be available
- The generator must be turned off between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Please use with consideration of other site users and your neighbours with regard to noise disturbance
The major hazards are electrical faults, LP systems, generators, smoking and leaking of fuel from parked vehicles. Campers are requested to take all precautions and to act responsibly.
- All LPG equipment must have a valid test certificate.
- All electrical equipment must have a valid test certificate.
- All storage of LPG cylinders must be in accordance with HSE Guidance Note CS4.
- Appliances must only be used where a fixed installation is provided within a caravan.
- Campers are requested to keep their sites clean and clear of litter.
- Campers must report any fuel leakage immediately to stewards/security staff.

Please use the rubbish bins provided or take all rubbish away with you when you leave.
Please ensure that passes are clearly display on the car windscreen and caravan.
All dogs should be kept on leads and under control at all times. Dog owners are reminded to clean up after their dogs, as the site must be kept clean. There may be livestock in the surrounding fields and dog owners are therefore asked to be responsible.

SPACING OF CARAVANS/TENTS
- Every unit should be not less than 6 metres from any other unit in separate family occupation and not less than 3 metres should be permitted between units in any circumstances.
- Vehicles and other ancillary equipment should be permitted within the 6 metres space between units in separate family occupation, but in order to restrict the spread of fire, there should be always 3 metres clear space within the 6 metre separation.
- All tents must be spaced at least 3 metres apart.
How to Find
To avoid delays, if travelling from South Wales on the M50, leave at junction 2 and follow the signs for the Malverns and the Three Counties Showground.
The Three Counties Showground is located just 8 miles off the M5 and M50 motorways and is easily reached by car. Follow signposts to the Showground or the Caravan Show. The postcode of the venue is WR13 6NW.
