Camping pitches will be available from 10am Thursday 5th September to 12 noon Monday 9th September 2019.

Advance bookings have now closed, however you’re welcome to pay on arrival and stay in the non-booked general or disabled rally areas. (Blue badge required for disabled area).

As part of your pitch fee, you will have unlimited access into the exhibition area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Furthermore, you will also have entertainment each evening. You will be charged for your pitch from the day you arrive until Monday. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a nightly rate.

Please note the Coach Trip to Bath, and the Saturday Evening Headline Entertainment are SOLD OUT.

The cost is for two adults and upto three children. It includes four nights of evening entertainment and unlimited access to the exhibtion area. Pitches will be available in the non-booked general and non-booked disabled areas (Blue badge required).

You will be charged for your pitch from the day you arrive until Monday. Unfortunately, they’re unable to offer a nightly rate.

Dogs are welcome at the Show and we ask all owners to be responsible for their animals. Please do not leave animals unattended in vehicles

Disabled Ticket Policy

If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, free admission may be available for them when an adult ticket is purchased. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to the Organisers. All documents must be received at least 7 days prior to the show. Confirmation of free carer admission will be emailed to you. The email must be printed and presented on arrival at the Day Visitor entrance for verification. Additional Adult ticket/s can be purchased either on arrival or in advance.


Professional Mobility will be hiring mobility aids throughout the weekend. They will also offer a charging service. Hire can be booked in advance by calling 0800 6335711 or 07989 680034.

Martin Lewis Money Show

On Friday 6th September, visitors to this year’s show can meet financial guru Martin Lewis. He will attend the event to answer as many of your financial questions and queries as he can whilst he films series 9 of the ITV programme.

Over the years Martin has saved the nation millions of pounds – whether that’s giving out frank advice on energy switching, credit card debt or savings. His money saving expertise is so well regarded, he’s one of the most ‘Googled’ men in the UK!

Manoeuvring & Towing Courses

Why not come and “have a go” at towing a caravan or manoeuvring a motorhome under the watchful eye of expert instructors. Let the Caravan & Motorhome Club guide you through some set manoeuvring scenarios in a free 20-minute session. Bookings will be taken on the Caravan and Motorhome Club stand at the show on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need to be over the age of 25 and must provide your driving license. Courses will run Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


11am Daily – Dave Hurrell – ‘New to Motorhoming’ – Everything you need to know before buying a campervan or motorhome
2pm Daily – Bob Nicholson MBE – ‘Welcome to a Taste of Somerset’

Talks are free and will take place in the theatre. In addition to the above, catch a screening of MMM TV at 12.30 each day. 


Explore the local area during your stay with us, we have arranged coaches for your convenience.

Friday 6th September > Bath> £10pp return > Leaves from site at 10am, leaves Bath to return at 3pm. SOLD OUT.

Saturday 7th September > Wells > £5pp return (children 50p) > Continuous shuttle service all between 9am – 5pm. 

Tickets for the Friday trip to Bath can be booked at the same time as your pitch, meanwhile, tickets for the Saturday shuttle bus service can be bought at the show from the information office.

Camping Information

There will be thousands of Motorhomes, Caravans, Campervans, RV’s and Tents during the weekend. 

All pitch prices include 2 adults, and up to 3 children. Additional adults are £15 each, and additional children £7.50. As part of your pitch fee, you will have unlimited access into the exhibition area on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

If you’re planning to stay on site, they have to put together a handy A-Z to answer any questions.

Awnings are permitted as long as they are within your pitch allocation. (10x8metres)

There will be a variety of food outlets situated around the Exhibition Area.

Unfortunately there aren’t any cash machines on-site.

Camping fields open 10am Thursday and close 12 noon Monday. If you wish to camp with friends/relatives, all vehicles must arrive together. The camper’s arrival gate will close at 9pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions. 

There are several camping areas available:

-Pre-booked disabled 
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can stay in the Disabled Area which will be situated nearer the Exhibition Area. You will need to have your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.

-Pre-booked general 
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers. There is a separate non-booked general area.

If your club is hosting a rally at this show, you may be able to camp with them (space allowing). Pitches in club areas must be pre-booked. Click hereto see if your club is rallying.

-Non-booked campers
Non-booked campers can stay in either the non-booked general or non-booked disabled area (please note there is limited space in both areas and blue badges will be inspected upon arrival). 

Thursday arrival £55 (rally gates open at 10am and close at 9pm)
Friday arrival £52 (rally gates open at 8am and close at 9pm)

Dogs are welcome in the rally and exhibition area as long as they are kept on a lead and under control. Dogs are not allowed in the entertainment venues.

There are no electric hook-ups available at this show.

If you have a problem with your vehicle whilst at the show, please visit the information office who will be able to help you. 

Entry to the evening entertainment is on a first come basis. Should the entertainment venue become full; a one-in, one-out policy will be operated.
Evening entertainment is only open to campers staying on-site. 

Medical Services will be on site for the duration of the Show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan in the official showguide or contact a member of staff who will call them for you.

Generators can be used only between 8am-10pm and ideally only for two hours at a time. They ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.

If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.

It is a condition on entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.

It is a condition of entry that private sales are prohibited in camping fields.

Smoking including E-cigarettes is not permitted in any buildings or marquees.

All visitors will receive a FREE showguide on admission, containing information on exhibitors, entertainment and full site plans.

Once you have made your booking, your vehicle pass will be posted out to you. (If you are travelling you can ask for your tickets to be left at the gate). Please make sure your tickets are correct upon receipt and bring them with you to the show. On arrival at the show you will need to display your ticket in the driver’s side of the windscreen and you will be given wristbands which you will need to wear for the duration of the show. Please note if you have ordered entertainment tickets, these will need to be collected from the information office upon arrival.

Water will be available on site but they do suggest that you bring some with you as due to the volume of vans arriving on site, water pressure can vary.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi isn’t available. 

How to Find

The Bath and West Showground is easily accessible from the M5 and is situated along the A371 Castle Cary – Shepton Mallet road. It is approximately 25 miles from Bristol and 20 miles from Bath.

If you are visiting for the day, please follow the temporary yellow event signs which will take you to the car park. This is FREE.

Coming from Devon or Cornwall
Turn off at junction 23 off M5

Coming from the East
Take the M3, A303, A371.
